Global tech ecosystems far from Silicon Valley are competing to be the friendliest home for entrepreneurship, and mobile startup talent.    We’ve hand-picked a few of the newest policies and initiatives being leveraged by governments and ecosystem enablers over the world just for you.       🇺🇸 Austin: city of unicorns and tech giants America’s 11th-largest city, Austin, Texas is firmly on the radar as the next hotbed for tech. The region is home to more than 3,380 fast-growing companies, including 20 unicorns, and the city’s total combined enterprise value reached $115.3B in 2022,  up 2.7x in the last five years. The Government of Germany announced its new Startup Strategy on July 27th, which among 10 long-awaited measures included an astonishing 30 billion euro “Future Fund” to support tech startups.
