🇺🇸 Course Hero, a California-based digital learning platform, raised $380 million at $3.6 billion valuation, more than tripling its valuation from August last year.
🇳🇱 Mambu, a cloud banking platform, secured €235 million at €4.9 billion valuation. The company build an API-enabled Engine to build financial products. Also, it connects clients with third party "Ecosystem partners" such as system integrators and business consultants to help its customers deploy the financial product solution.
🇩🇪 SellerX, a Berlin-based ecommerce aggregator, raised $500 million in equity and debt to grow and acquire Amazon brands. The company is Europe's newest unicorn following the funding round.
🇮🇳 Ninjacart, a B2B agriculture marketplace in India, secured $145 million by Walmart and Flipkart, among others. Ninjacart streamlines the agriculture supply chain by digitally connecting farmers with retailers, resellers and consumers.

🇮🇳 Ola, an India-based mobility platform, raised $139 million at $7.3 billion valuation as it prepares for an IPO next year. Ola started as a ride-hailing service, but has since forayed into new verticals such as financial services, grocery delivery and used car retail. In the financial year ending in March 2021, Ola has reported a positive EBITDA.
🇦🇺 Pet Circle, a Sydney-based pet food and medication company, reached a unicorn status following a $125 million Series C. The pet industry was growing even before Covid-19. However, as lockdowns kicked in, consumers have increasingly spend lavishly on taking care of their pets. The industry is expected to reach $275 billion by 2030.
🇮🇳 Agrostar, an Indian B2B agri-marketplace, secured $70 million Series D to "double down on omnichannel strategy".

Exits:
🇺🇸 Vacasa, a vacation rental platform, completed its merger with TPG Pace Solutions, a blank check company. The deal values Vacasa at $4.5 billion.
🇬🇧 PushDoctor, a doctor appointment company, was acquired by Square Health for undisclosed amount. The Manchester-based PushDoctor currently services 5.7 million NHS patients.
