🇺🇸 Saildrone - a company that collects ocean data via drones - raised a $100M Series C round from Bond, XN, Standard Investments, Emerson Collective, and other investors. It is the most valuable company in the United States tackling SDG 14: life below water. We featured previously how Saildrone captured a video inside a hurricane. Pretty cool.

🇺🇸 Carbon Capture - a Californian company making direct air capture machines - raised a $35M Series A funding round led by Prime Movers Lab. Global carbon capture and storage companies raised a record €339M in 2021 YTD.
🇸🇬 H3 Dynamics - an aerial mobility company - raised a $26M Series B round led by SPARX Mirai Creation Fund. H3 Dynamics is not the only company developing a hydrogen-propulsion vehicle, you can find others here
🇮🇩 Crowde - a crowd-investing platform that enables farmers to raise capital from crowd investors - raised $9M in venture capital at a $32M valuation. Crowde’s headcount has increased 5x in the last two years ago.
