MTN-Halan also raised $150M in debt issuance in the last year. These equity and debt financing are fueling its mission to serve underbanked and unbanked customers in the North African country.
๐บ๐ธ Juniper Square, a leading platform for GPs and their LPs to seamlessly connect and communicate across every stage of their partnerships, has raised $133M in growth capital.
๐ฎ๐ณ InsuranceDekho, an Indian online insurance comparison platform, has raised $150M in Series A funding (mix of equity and funding) to increase strengthen its leading position and increase insurance penetration in India.

๐ฉ๐ช Wefox, Europe's leading insurtech startup, has raised $55M in an extension to its $400M Series D raised in July last year. The nominal valuation is said to remain stable at $4.5B despite the broader downturn in the market.
๐ฌ๐ง London-based Carbonplace, a carbon credit transaction network that enables the transfer of certified carbon credits, raised $45M in Seed funding. Carbonplace has been created by nine of the top financial institutions in the world joining their forces, including BNP Paribas, CIBC, Ita Unibanco, National Australia Bank, NatWest Group, BBVA, SMBC, Standard Chartered, and UBS.

๐ฌ๐ง UK leading bank Natwest Group is to acquire an 85% stake in Cushon, a UK-based workplace savings and pensions fintech company, for ยฃ144M. Cushon provides the workplace ISA and master trust pension, which offers an investment strategy designed to drive down the financed CO2 emissions of customersโ investments.
