๐ฎ๐ฑ Rapyd, Israeli fintech company, reached a valuation of $15B in recent secondary sales, becoming the highest-valued private unicorn in Israel. Rapyd provides a range of financial services like payments, mobile wallets, money transfers, card issuing, fraud protection and more, all by way of an API for third parties to integrate quickly into their own services.
๐บ๐ธ Acorns, a savings and investing app, raised $300M in a Series F funding round that values the company at nearly $2B. The funding comes about six weeks after the cancellation of its planned $2.2B special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) with Pioneer Merger Corp. in favor of an eventual traditional initial public offering (IPO).
๐บ๐ธ Roofstock, the leading end-to-end online platform for single-family rental (SFR) investing, closed a $240M Series E led by Softbank at a valuation of $1.94B.

The startup has an exclusive partnership with Uber in Africa to provide flexible financing for drivers who want to get into the business of ride-hailing without having to borrow from car owners or taking bank loans to finance cars bought from dealerships.
๐ฉ๐ช Xempus, a leading European software-as-a-service platform that sell and manage pension and life insurance policies, raised a $70M Series D to digitize pensions for insurers, agents, corporates, and employees.
๐ช๐ธ ๐บ๐ธ Capchase, a revenue-based financing startup, raised an $80M Series B to fuel its expansion in the US and Europe.
๐ซ๐ท +Simple raised a โฌ90M funding to expand its insurance robo-broker for freelancers and small and medium businesses. +Simple also acquired three companies to strengthen their presence in specific industries: French firm Alians, German firm Carl Rieck Assecuradeur, and Italian underwriting agency Marintec.
