๐ฎ๐ณ ElasticRun, an Indian B2B marketplace, reached a unicorn status following a $300 million investment led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2. ElasticRun connects top brands in FMCG, finance, and ecommerce, among others to kirakas (small neighborhood stores). B2B marketplaces have massive potential.
๐บ๐ธ Win Brands Group, a NY-based ecommerce aggregator, raised $40 million. Last year Win Brands Group had a 440% compounded annualized growth rate. In 2021, ecommerce aggregators raised a record-breaking $8.0 billion, a 10x increase since 2020. Throughout 2021, 6 new unicorns were minted in that category.
๐ณ๐ฑ Dott, an Amsterdam-based scooter company, raised $70 million in debt and equity. Micromobility operators are still unprofitable, but investors keep believing in their long term potential. European micromobility startups had their best year in 2021.

๐บ๐ธ Zero, a California-based zero plastic grocery delivery service, raised $12 million in Seed funding. There are 13 other online grocery delivery startups that align with UN Sustainable Development Goal #12, Responsible consumption and production.
๐บ๐ธ Novi Connect, a SF-based B2B marketplace for sustainable products, secured $40 million to develop a new technology and increase its portfolio of sustainable products.

Exits:
๐บ๐ธ Wag, a US-based on-demand pet services company, went publich through a reverse merge with CHW Acquisition Corporation for $350 million. Wag, which operats in a rapidly growing category of pet wellness, is expected to do $42 million in revenues this year and continue growing.
๐ฌ๐ง UK-based Pinga was acquired by the rival ultrafast grocery delivery startup Beelivery for an undisclosed amount.
