🇫🇮 ICEYE - a company that develops micro satellites used to capture images from space - raised a $136 Series D funding round from Molten Ventures, True Ventures, Promus Ventures, Seraphim Capital, British Business Bank and other investors. ICEYE raised over $296M of venture funding. The company was founded as a spinout of Aalto University.
🇺🇸 Verdox - a carbon removal company - raised a $80M funding round from Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Prelude Ventures, and Lowercarbon Capital. The company was founded in 2019 as a spinout of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

🇨🇦 Ekona Power - an hydrogen company - raised $60M round from Mitsui Private Equity,TransAltaContinental Resources, ConocoPhillips, Baker Hughes,BDC Capital Corporation,Severstal, and NGIF Cleantech Ventures. Last year Canadian hydrogen companies raised a record of $173M in venture funding.
🇳🇱 Dott - micromobility company - raised a $35M Series B funding round at a $425M valuation from EQT Ventures, Sofinova Ventures, Prosus Ventures, and abrdn. It is now Europe’s #5 most valuable micromobility company after TIER, BlaBlaCar, Voi, and VanMoof.
🇧🇷 Moss.earth - a platform for carbon offsets, raised a $10M Series A round from Acre Venture Partners, SP Ventures, The Craftory, The Jive investments, and Flori Ventures.
🇫🇷 Lhyfe - an hydrogen startup - raised €17M in venture funding from Andera Partners, SFLD, and Ovive at a €250M valuation. Lhyfe is now France’s #4 most valuable green hydrogen company behind NHOA, McPhy Energy, and Hydrogen Refueling Solutions.
🇺🇸 Zero - a plastic-free grocery delivery service - raised a $12M Seed round from Sway Ventures. Zero is one of the many operators in the sustainable grocery space. There are already two sustainable grocery unicorns: the Chinese Pinduoduo and the American Misfits Market.
🇺🇸 Cloud Paper - a company producing a tree-free toilet paper - raised a $5M funding round from Bezos Expeditions, Jeff Wilke, Presight Capital, Time Ventures, and Soundwaves.
