🇺🇸 Founderpath, an Austin, Texas-based platform that provides customized capital solutions to B2B SaaS companies, raised $145M in debt and equity funding to continue helping more B2B SaaS founders hit $10M in revenue without selling equity.
🇺🇸 US-based income and employment verification startup fintech Truework has raised $50M in a Series C funding round. The latest funding round was led by G Squared, with the participation from existing investors Sequoia and Khosla Ventures, among others.
🇳🇬 TeamApt, a Nigerian fintech startup that develops digital banking and payment platform for financial transactions, has secured over $50M in pre-series C funding.
🇮🇳 India-based neobank startup Fi Money has raised $16.8M as part of its Series C funding round from V-Sciences Investment, an entity of Temasek, and existing investor QCM Holdings, according to regulatory filings.

🇺🇸 Decentralized smart contracts platform Injective raised $40M in a funding round that was led by Jump Crypto.
🇩🇰 Ageras received €35M in growth capital financing to accelerate the Copenhagen-based company’s strategic acquisitions pipeline and to expand its suite of software tailored to the demands of small businesses.
🇮🇱 Shopic, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based grocery shopping cart startup, raised $35M in Series B funding. The company intends to use the funds to expand penetration to global markets.
