๐บ๐ธ Rocket companies announced it will acquire personal financial app Truebill for $1.275 billion in cash. Rocket Companies is best known for its Rocket Mortgage product, while Truebill is a consumer-facing app that helps consumers manage subscriptions, automate savings and budget. Truebill has 2.5M users, analyzes $50 billion in monthly transaction volume and has saved consumers more than $100 million since its founding.
๐บ๐ธ Mobile banking platform MoneyLion is to buy embedded finance marketplace Even Financial for $440 million.
