Is global VC finally turning a corner? πŸ“Š

VC continued to fall in Q2, down 11% from Q1. However recent data shows promising signs for global VC investment, indicating a potential positive shift for startups and entrepreneurs.  European startups raised $16B in Q2. Up 14% quarter on quarter - the first growth since Q1 2022. In the US however, VC investment is at a five year low, with $35B raised in the last three months.

The US, China and the UK raised the most VC investment in Q2 2023. And seven out of the top 10 countries saw their VC investment grow in Q2, compared to Q1.

Back in 2022 this was only one out of the top ten (France).
