🇦🇪 UAE-based startup Qlub has raised $25M in its latest funding round, bringing its total fundraising to $42M. Qlub enables customers to instantly pay their bills in restaurants within 10 seconds by scanning a QR code with their phone, even without an app or any registration, which increases table turnover, tips for waiters, and returning customers.
🇺🇸 Momofuku Goods, a NY-based line of restaurant-grade pantry essentials, raised $17.5M in growth funding. The round was led by Siddhi Capital. The capital will be used to expand Momofuku Goods’ product offerings and support its growing operations.
🇺🇸 SideChef, the all-in-one cooking, grocery shopping, and meal planning app announced a $6M Series B funding by LG Electronics. Investment from seed, Series A and the latest Series B closing total to more than $16M.

🇳🇱 Groningen-based EV Biotech, a Microbial Cell Factory (MCF) strain development company, announced it has raised €4.5M in a Seed round of funding.
🇸🇪 Green tech startup, Klimato, has secured €4M to supercharge its mission to reduce the food industry’s carbon impact.
🇺🇸 SupplyCaddy, a Miami, FL-based manufacturer and supplier of packaging and disposables for the foodservice industry, raised $3M in Seed funding.
🇳🇱 Enschede-based OneThird announced it has raised €3M in a late-seed funding round which will help scale its tech and enter new markets, supporting fresh food supply chains in Europe and the US.
