๐บ๐ธ Mysten Labs, creator of the Sui blockchain, has raised $300M Series B from FTX Ventures at a $2B valuation. Mysten Labs is part of the next wave of Layer 1 blockchains and challengers to predecessors such as Ethereum, Solana and Avalanche.
๐ฎ๐ณ Carrot General Insurance, a Seoul-based digital insurance carrier, raised $250M at a $850+M valuation from Affirma Capital.
๐ต๐น Fuel Labs, a startup that aims to speed up crypto transactions, has raised an $80M funding round from some of the sectorโs biggest investors. The startup offer a layer2 scaling solution for Ethereum using optimistic rollups.

๐ฌ๐ง Cledara, a software management platform that gives companies greater control and insights into their SaaS subscriptions, has raised a $20M Series A.
According to Cledara's founder, the startups "now holds the largest dataset in the world about SaaS purchasing, usage, renewal and cancellation for software buyers in 28 countriesโ.

๐บ๐ธ JP Morgan is on an acquisition spree. The bank behemoth has acquired payment startup Renovite to fend off threats from fintech firms including Stripe and Block and build its next-generation merchant acquiring platform with a focus on cloud payments.
JP Morgan Chase & Co. is considering buying a stake in Yapily, an open banking startup thatโs seeking to raise fresh funds according to Bloomberg's sources.
