The round comes just seven months after its Series B at a $500M valuation and just two years after launch. Jeeves differentiates from Ramp, which has been valued at $8.1B a few days before, for its global-first approach and its focus on build almost an internal BaaS.
๐บ๐ธ Capitolis, a capital markets focused technology company, raised $110M in Series D funding.
๐จ๐ญ Yokoy, a spend management app, closed a $80B Series B led by Sequoia Capital to help companies automate their expense, cards and invoicing processes.

๐ธ๐ช Fintech lender Ark Kapital is announcing a โฌ165m seed round (made up of โฌ15m in equity and, fittingly, โฌ150m in debt) led by LocalGlobe. Differently from typical revenue-based financing lenders, Arkโs loans can last up to seven years and are based on future revenue projections. Repayments also donโt start for two or three years.
๐ฐ๐ช Apollo Agriculture, a commercial farming platform that helps small-scale farmers maximize their profits, announced today that it has raised a $40 million Series B led by Softbank Vision Fund 2. Since 2019, Apollo Agriculture has emerged as Africaโs leading agricultural fintech, growing revenue 10x since its Series A.
