📉 Amazon has a problem with Alexa. Alexa is on track to lose over $10B this year. Amazon has over 10K employees working on it and over 65M Echo units have been sold, but the company can't seem to find a reliable monetization path. - Insider

🧸 The toy company targeting NFTs. Barbie maker Mattel announced yet another Hot Wheels NFT drop on their marketplace Mattel Creations. They believe the recent upsets in crypto will not affect sales of children's NFTs. - Entrepreneur 

💡 Instant delivery marketplaces scramble to stay in the picture. After companies such as Getir, Gopuff and Gorillas have struggled to prove long-term sustainability, new product lines are being thrown into the mix. Gopuff, will now allow customers to schedule deliveries and local stockroom pickups. The news comes as the company recently laid off 10% of employees and pulled out of the Spanish market.

🇺🇸 DispatchHealth, the Colorado-based professional medical care marketplace, has raised a $330M Late VC round. The company has built its capability to help patients avoid going to the emergency room. 

🇧🇪 Belgian co-living platform Cohabs has raised $70M in equity and $40M in debt. Founded in 2016, the company has over 1,500 beds, with plans for 5,000 by 2026. 

🇺🇸 Prosper, the peer-to-peer lending platform, has raised a $75M Growth Equity round. The San Francisco-based startup has over 150,000 customers and has facilitated over $1B in loans in Q3 alone.

🇺🇸 BetterVet, the Iowa-based vet professional care platform, raised a $40M Series A.
