🇺🇸 Fanatics, the Florida-based platform for retailing sported merchandise and clothes, raised $700M at a $31B valuation (up form $28B in March). The funds will be used to expand into new business lines.  

🇺🇸 An LA-based carbon credit marketplace, Rubicon, has raised $300M as an initial investment as part of its launch, with the final aim at $1B. The firm sources and funds carbon capture projects to sell credits to corporates. 

Other promising marketplace deals:

🇳🇴 Oda, the Norwegian instant grocery delivery platform, has raised a $151M round at a reduced valuation of $353M, that is only 39% of its valuation in April 2021. 

🇫🇮 Real estate platform Rive from Helsinki raised $23M to enable instant cash offers, rent-to-own and tech-enabled real estate brokerage as part of its expansion plan. 

🇫🇷 Evaneos, the French startup that connects travelers to travel agencies, has raised $20M to strengthen its operations in Europe.
