🇺🇸 Cryptocurrency custody firm Fireblocks has raised a $550M Series E at a valuation of over $8 billion, becoming the highest valued Digital Asset Infrastructure Provider.

🇮🇪 Wayflyer has become the newest Irish tech unicorn after raising a $150M Series B at a $1.6B valuation led by DST Global and QED Investors. It provides revenue-based financing and marketing analytics for online businesses.
🇫🇷 Descartes Underwriting, an insurtech company specializing in corporate insurance solutions to address climate and emerging risks, has raised a $120M Series B. The round has been led by Highland Europe and Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors Serena, Cathay Innovation and BlackFin Capital Partners and new entrants Seaya Ventures and Alma Mundi Ventures.

🇺🇸 Esusu, a fintech that targets immigrant and minority groups and provides rent reporting and data solutions for credit building, raised $130M in a Series B at a $1B valuation.
🇬🇧 Mortgage lending startup Generation Home has raised $1.3B in debt financing from Waterfall Asset Management

🇬🇧 🇮🇹 Moneyfarm, a digital wealth manager, has raised £44.1m in a funding round led by M&G and included Poste Italiane SpA, who has been a minority shareholder in the business since 2019.
🇺🇸 Parsyl has raised $25M in Series B funding to expand its cargo insurance and risk management solutions. The company uses data to identify and manage risk, while reducing the wastage of essential goods. Its technology is currently monitoring vaccines for nearly 200m people. The company is a leader in growing the parametric insurance space.

🇺🇸 Walmart growing super app ambitions. It has just acquired two fintech startups: Even Responsible Finance, which provides early pay companys' employees and was already serving Walmart, and One Finance, a b2c neobank focused on middle-income households and working families. 🇨🇭 🇺🇸 Swiss bank UBS acquired U.S.-focused automated wealth management provider Wealthfront, which has more than $27 billion in assets under management, in an all-cash deal of $1.4 billion. Wealthfront has more than 470,000 clients in the United States and caters to well-off millennial and Gen Z investors.
