🏚 Food commodities are getting cheaper—unlike grocery bills. Global prices for commodities such as wheat and sugar have fallen back to where they were a year ago, but consumers are still likely to feel the pinch at the checkout. 🇮🇹 Italy-based 3Bee, a IoT technologies for breeding, raised €5M in Series A funding led by AgFunder. 3Bee's technology enabled beekeepers to track  bee's health and reduce treatments. The funding will be used to scale across Europe and increase from 1 billion protected pollinators in 2022 to 10 billion in 2023.

🇬🇧 Big Drop Brewing Co, a London-based producer of alcohol-free craft beer, raised £2.3M from Seedrs and existing private investors such as Bluepoint VC and Panoramic Growth Equity. The funds will go towards entering new stores across the UK. Currently the company sells its product as select locations in Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose and Morrisons stores.
