This round makes InnovaFeed the most capitalized company globally in this category, ahread of Ynsect and AgriProtein.

๐ซ๐ท Not So Dark, a French operator of digital restaurant brands, raised $80M Series B round to build "the biggest restaurant in the world that doesnโt have a kitchen". The company launched as a dark kitchens operator, but pivoted as it realized how capital intensive is the business model.
Today, Not So Dark uses capacity of existing restaurants to cook delivery-only meals for apps like Deliveroo and UberEats.
